Upon installation of the Saxo app, the user will be asked if he wants to receive notifications from Saxo. If yes, the device will automatically be added to the push management section of “my account”, and enable push notifications for trade confirmations and margin calls.
In case you are not seeing your device under push notifications management section of “my account” (Account > Other > Push notifications), you may have said “no” to Saxo messages at first launch of the app. In this case, please delete and re-install the app, and accept push messages at first launch.
Depending on the version being used, we will typically enable push by default and automatically add the device to the push recipient list upon first login.
