If your computer has a firewall or other security software (network monitoring software), data traffic to our trading platforms SaxoTraderGO, SaxoTraderPRO and SaxoInvestor might be affected.
In some cases, you might also experience problems to login or logout.

- Bitdefender (the vendor is working on a fix to get this resolved)
You can mitigate the login issues by dectivating the network monitoring software, when using SaxoTraderGO, SaxoTraderPRO or SaxoInvestor.
