What is a watchlist?
A watchlist is a customised list of financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or currencies, that you are interested in monitoring. It allows you to keep track of the performance and price movements of these selected instruments without you having to search for them repeatedly.
A dynamic watchlist is a list of items that automatically updates based on different criteria that you choose. You can easily monitor your favourite instruments by adding them to a dynamic watchlist.
How to use the screener to create a watchlist
You can use the product screener to create dynamic watchlists based on different screening criteria. These include:
- Descriptive criteria such as Country, Exchanges, Market capitalizations (USD), Analyst Consensuses, Listing, Price/Earning, and Currencies
- Fundamental criteria such as Dividend yield percentage and Price Earnings
- Technical criteria such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual return percentages.
Results can be sorted (ordered) by % return, Popularity, Market capitalization (USD), Dividend yield, Price / Earnings, Sales growth 1 year, Upside to the analyst target price, Alphabetically.

To add a screening watchlist
To add a new screening watchlist, select Screener > New. Click Filter list to start adding your filters.
As mentioned above, you have three tabs to select your screening criteria from: Descriptive, Fundamental and Technical.
Once you have added all your filters, you can sort the results by % price change, popularity, alphabetical order, and many other kinds of sorting options.
Click the "..." button to rename or delete the list.
Please note that the contents of a screener list are refreshed when the list is loaded or when the filters are amended. It is also not possible to manually rearrange or add more instruments to a screener list.
