Depending on the country you are relocating to, the procedure will vary.
1. If you are relocating to the US or to a sanctioned country, you will not be able to maintain your account with Saxo.
Please lodge a support ticket on Platform to close your Saxo account.
2. If you are moving to a country, where a different Saxo legal entity from the country you are currently serviced by, you will need to close the account and reopen a new account with that specific Saxo entity. See our offices and entities here: contact us.
Please lodge a support ticket on Platform to close your current Saxo account, and apply for a new Saxo account with corresponding Saxo entity.
3. On the assumption that such exceptions are not applicable to your case, simply contact us to update your address and contact details and resume using the account normally.
