Depending on the country you are relocating to, the procedure will vary.
- If you are relocating to the US or to a sanctioned country such as north Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen or Sudan to name a few, you will not be able to maintain your account with Saxo.
- If you are moving to a country that has a different legal entity from the country you are currently serviced by, you will need to close the account and reopen a new account with that specific entity (example: Australia and Japan).
- On the assumption that such exceptions are not applicable to your case, you can simply contact us to update your address and contact details and resume using the account normally.
