How do I update my phone number, email, residential address or name?

Phone number and email address

You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:

• SaxoTrader: Update account details
• SaxoInvestor*: Update account details

Or navigate to the main menu > Update personal information > Update account details

Name

Please inform us of your new name via a Write to us, select the option Contact us> Personal information and documents and attach the proof of your new name in the form of one of the documents: 

• National Identity Card
• Passport
• Deed Poll (A legal document that allows an individual to change their name officially. It is a formal declaration of intention to renounce a previous name and adopt a new one.)

Residential address 

To Update your account information:

1. Confirm your data until you reach the Update address step and follow the instructions provided.

*Note SaxoInvestor is currently available in Denmark, Poland, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, France, The Netherlands, Belgium and the MENA region (UAE, KSA, Qatar).
