We are thrilled to announce the latest enhancements to our in-platform deposits and transfers module, designed to make your fund transfer even more seamless and transparent. The new funding journey will empower you with greater control and more ‘real-time’ insights.
Streamlined User Interface:
The side bar is removed and relocated to the bottom of the ‘Deposits and transfers’ screen. This design change provides a cleaner and more intuitive layout especially on the mobile platform, allowing you to navigate effortlessly as you manage your deposits and transfer.
Recent Transfers Overview:
Say hello to the new ‘Recent transfers’ overview, which indicates your latest transfers. The main page will now showcase a snapshot of your recent transfers, including deposits, withdrawals, and inter-account transfers. This consolidated view ensures you have immediate visibility into your financial movements, enabling you to stay in control of your funds.
Note: The current inter-account transfers will be displayed as a Deposits/ Withdrawals from the respective ‘From’ and ‘To’ accounts. We are working to improve the view so that they are more easily identifiable.
Real-Time Withdrawal Status:
We understand the importance of transparency and peace of mind when it comes to withdrawals. That's why we're introducing a new functionality - the ‘Request Status’ link. This feature empowers you to track the progress of your withdrawal in ‘real-time’. From the moment you initiate the withdrawal, you will be able to see exactly where your funds are in the payment chain, including which bank or intermediary bank they are currently with. Each step will be time-stamped, allowing you to gauge the progress effortlessly. Furthermore, if any fees are levied by a bank, it will also be visible under the ‘Request Status’ view under each bank in the payment chain, this information will be available once Saxo has released the payment.
Revamped Deposits and Transfers view:
The Deposit overview page is now split into three main components based on the mode of fund transfers: eDDA, Bank Transfers (FAST, PayNow, MEPS, TT) and Card Payments.
